Perth Festival of Yarn Ticketing Terms and Conditions of Sale 2022
As of tickets being released to the public on 2 July 2022 Perth Festival of Yarn has been advised by the Scottish Government and Local Authority that there is no legal requirement for physical distancing at our event and we can operate within the normal capacity of our venue (the Dewars Centre.)
Although there is no longer any legal requirement for physical distancing or mask wearing we would ask everyone attending to wear a mask where possible (unless you are medically exempt); be respectful of personal space; mindful that many will feel nervous about returning to social gatherings; and understand that many event staff, volunteers, vendors, attendees, and by extension their loved ones have health conditions that place them at higher risk of complications should they contract Covid-19.
Tickets are available in advance from our website and track and trace information is no longer being taken at the point of sale. Discounted weekend tickets are only available in advance from our website. Limited Saturday and Sunday Entry tickets may be available on the door and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Wristbands must be worn at all times and clearly visible.
All tickets are issued by email and print outs / paper copies or a copy on your phone must be brought to gain entry to the individual festival events. Proof of transaction on PayPal is not a valid ticket and neither is a screenshot of your web basket or similar. Perth Festival of Yarn retains the right to refuse entry to anyone who turns up without their electronic ticket. Staff and volunteers are unable to look up financial transactions relating to purchase at any time during Perth Festival of Yarn. If tickets are bought in multiples (for example, booking tickets as a group of friends) then the entire party should arrive together as tickets cannot be duplicated.
Your ticket/s will be sent to the email address you have provided at the time of purchase once our systems have confirmed successful payment. Copies of your ticket will not be sent to alternative email addresses – please make sure you enter it correctly in the first instance and check your spam / junk folder if it is not received within 48 business hours of purchase. We do not issue tickets by post. Re-sale of tickets or wristbands is strictly prohibited. Gifting of used wristbands to others is strictly prohibited.
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased. Perth Festival of Yarn reserves the right to amend the vendors in attendance. Refunds will only be provided in the instance that Perth Festival of Yarn has to cancel all or individual programme features within the greater Festival Programme. In this instance the Festival Team will endeavour to refund all affected parties within 28 working days.
Accompanied under 16s gain free entry (no ticket needed. Wheelchair and mobility scooter users, or those using two walking sticks or crutches may bring one assistant free of charge to assist them in the general areas of the Dewars Centre.
